Refund policy
Unfortunately, Simply designed by Tracy does not accept refunds on sale items, gift cards or damaged items.
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order has been damaged throughout the delivery process, please send an email to: simplydbtracy@gmail.com with pictures of your order and your order number. Once received, SDBT will review your case and a notification will be sent via email for further assistance/instructions.
Exchanges:
There will be no exchanges allowed once your order has left SDBT headquarters.
