FREQUENTLY ASKED + ANSWERED QUESTIONS
Turnaround Times
Normal TATs are 2-6 weeks from the time your order is received.
Orders that are smaller will be fulfilled quicker than those with large amount of items in a single order.
Orders with a larger amount of items can vary but will be completed within the max TAT.
*If there is an upcoming event, TATs may be pushed back 1-2 weeks.
Custom Requests
If you don't see anything that fits your needs, you are welcome to send an email to: simplydbtracy@gmail.com - replies may take 8-24 hours due to me working full time.
Securing a Custom Order
All custom orders sent via invoice must be paid within 8 hours of receiving invoice. If not paid, invoice will be deleted and may delay production and shipping.
Problems with an Order
If there are any problems with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.
There will be no refunds or exchanges of any kind. If your order is in any way damaged or the mistake was on our end, you are eligible to receive a new item at no additional cost.
