Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, on select clothing only. All other clothing are ALL SALES FINAL.

Local pick up

If you'd like to opt for local pickup, you will place an order online as you would normally, with shipping cost. After you receive confirmation of your order, reply to that order email requesting for local pick up in either Maili or Mililani. You will have 7 days to pick up your order. If you fail to pick up your order within 7 days, your order will be shipped to the address you provided and shipping cost will not be refunded. If you are successful with pick up, your shipping cost will be refunded to you.

Local pick up is offered only in Maili or Mililani areas.

Maili pick up availability: Weekdays between 6pm-7:30pm, Weekends 10am-8pm

Mililani pick up availability: Weekdays only between 11:30am-3pm.
